Socialdans
Vi har socialdans på tisdagar och torsdagar. Den ingår för dem som gått kurs samma kväll. Det går också bra att komma enbart till socialdansen, notera dock att den behöver dock förbokas genom vår hemsida (platserna släpps en vecka i förväg).
På helgerna har vi ibland längre socialdanskvällar. Late Night Vibe är en lugn och skön kväll med mysigt häng och den musik som spelas sent på nätterna på stora event. Club Beat betyder bästa feststämning i lika härlig miljö!
Söndagen den 20/9 är det egen träning + socialdans. Till vår egna träning kommer du antingen med en träningspartner eller själv och övar solo, båda går lika bra! Under socialdansen dansar vi alla tillsammans :)

feel unseen. Please assist us in creating a safe and happy space for everyone!
Don’t give your peers feedback in courses or on the social dancefloor unless you just
wanna tell them they’re great, or if you feel like something might hurt you.
No harassment of any sort is allowed, and can lead to suspension from Ivra.

Be clean
In this locale, you’ll probably be close to others. Please take good care of your
personal hygiene both before and during your time here.
• Wear clean clothes, change during the evening if needed.
• Use deodorant, look after your breath and wash your hands.
• Drink water, keeping hydrated will help you stay fresh and energized :)
No drugs or alcohol is allowed.
No smoking on the boardwalk just outside the locale, where air is taken into the
locale
